The trend away from face to face employment interviews has rapidly increased with the pandemic. The damage that an insider can do to a company is many orders of magnitude greater than an outsider can effect. It is therefore wise and prudent to develop techniques and institute measures that will aid in filtering out potential white-collar criminals and sociopaths in the hiring process. This system and method assesses the sociopathic capability of an interviewed individual. The technique relies on integrating inputs from various and diverse sources including real-time computer-aided vision, acoustic analysis and adaptive machine learning algorithms.
